Last night, the designers on Project Runway were asked to design a look for Macy's INC brand. A shameless plug by Macy's, but hey...product placement to the highest bidder, right? A couple stipulations...the outfit needed to be blue and the design was to reflect the INC style. So, here is my entry for this week's challenge. I decided to create a little off-the-shoulder boho shift dress.
