JUST SAY NO!!!

There are some fashion trends that once they're gone I think, "Thank goodness that's over". One of those being the 'jumpsuit' or 'romper' if you're from the UK...of which, sounds so much more fun than the torturous garment should be allowed to sound. The term jumpsuit originally referred to the one-piece uniform used by parachuters...makes sense, right? JUMP  suit. But today it's become a common term for any one-piece garment with sleeves and legs. Personally I think they should be called "Inevitable Wedgie", because my last remembrance of wearing one, when I sat down...it didn't.  And for heaven's sake, don't wait until your bladder is full to think about going to the bathroom. Those things take a good 10 minutes to just get out of. Not to mention trying to squat-hover over the toilet while keeping the thing out of the crapper and off the floor.

Anyway, I just wanted to give you all a heads up that in all likelihood...coming to a store near you, the jumpsuit is going to try and worm it's way back into your closet. The 2013 Fall Couture shows in Paris and some of the shows at New York Fashion Week are showing them as trending. Double ugh. Let me encourage you to be strong and do not sucomb to the fashion pressure. Trust me. Your lady parts will thank you. Miss Bea
