Me thinks this is just a tragic attempt to get your picture taken. I can't think of any other reason that a self acclaimed fashion icon would walk their child to school in this get up. I totally get that celebrities are normal people too...at least that's what I've been told. But even I can come close to duplicating this outfit from my own closet reject pile.
