freaky frightening fashion on Etsy

Ah October...that time of year when every retailer is trying to cash in on Halloween. I thought it was about time that I took a stroll through Etsy (land of the equal opportunity crafter) and see what type of fall fashion I could find.

...whoa...talk about frightening...

Here we have the "Pumpkin Butt Skirt" for $25.99. And the description is equally as scary:
HAVE FUN AND DRESS IT UP OR DOWN
YOU CAN WEAR IT AS A SKIRT OR TOP ((massage me for any special request

/////SHOW OFF YOUR PUMPKIN BUTT////
Dress is up or down...hmmm.  Is that even possible? And heaven knows, the last thing I want to do is have a big toothy grin bobbing up and down on my backside.

Impress your friends with your command of the English language in this $4 Halloween t-shirt. "...wouldn't borrow me her dress???" Grammar is so over-rated.

Quilted Halloween Cats Vest for $19.99. I know all of you from outside the U.S. will be relieved to know that this can be shipped internationally. woo hoo!

Ever say to yourself, "I wonder what I could do with 2 steel wool pads and my old black bra?"

...aaaaaand now you know. Yours for only $25. Wear it once and then use it to tidy up the kitchen. (safety tip: take the bra off before scrubbing last night's pot roast off your pots and pans...if you get my drift...that could get a little sensitive...)

Ghost Shredded T-shirt. $60.
Ever sit in a bar or go to a concert and catch an undeniably sexy girl wearing an absolutely unforgettable outfit who looks like she just didnt have to try so hard??? Thats the inspiration behind my shredded t's....
HAND shredded one of a kind t shirt
wearable piece of art...
uh huh...
...there's no way I could make this stuff up...

$30 bucks and here's the description:

norse Valkyrie hair clips feather wing fascinator halloween constume anime cosplay PAIR pink and purple
Wow these are just so cool. they look absolutely amazing in your hair. This pare is pink and each clip has 5 has long purple goose feathers. the base is made from custom hand cast resin. I try to alter the color a little every time I pore so they are never the same. making these a one of a kind creation. the metal barette backs are actually set into the resin so they will never pull out.
..."actually set in the resin"...whew...well that's a relief...wouldn't want to lose one of those. [insert my eyes rolling here]

oh my...it's a mad mad world out there, Miss Bea
